Depending on the adminp request mail/nab they would be processsed on diffrent servers. and they would need to replicate between those servers.

Can you replicate both names.nsf and admin4.nsf so that the changes are on bothe the old and new mail server and on the nab admin server.

Issue the process all requests on both the names admin server and the old mail server

Something was changed to get the admin4 process to get this far from where it was yesterday
